This coffee represents the sweetness that comes from a
mother and daughter working together. Carolina and her
mother, Maria Victoria, are naturally meticulous, and their
coffee is a testament to the attention to detail they pour
into each step of the process. This delicious cup of coffee
is made from perfectly picked, fermented, washed, and
selected beans. It’s a blend of two different batches of coffee,
harvested one day apart. The cherries are fermented for about
9 hours, depulped, and then fermented for another 27 hours.
The next day, the next batch is added and fermented for 14
more hours before being washed and dried for approximately
2 to 3 weeks.
